Additional Information

Minimum stay 5 nights.  A 5 night stay will incur an additional cleaning fee.

 

A 20% non refundable deposit (max £150) is required at time of booking, with full payment made 8 weeks prior to stay.

 

A security deposit of £150 is also payable with final balance, refundable subject to rental terms as per the booking form.

 

Payment can be made by cheque, credit cards via Paypal or bank transfer. 

 

PLEASE NOTE: Our prices include all taxes and cleaning fees. We do not charge a fee for taking credit card payments. American/Canadian guests are charged the current exchange rate, we do not quote inflated prices in US dollars.

 

We reserve the right to make any changes to the above rates or any of our terms & conditions without prior notification.
